In addition to large livestock, we process sheep and goats by appointment. Smaller animals require different handling, and our experienced team ensures proper bleeding, trimming, and portioning to maintain cleanliness and quality.

Each animal is carefully labeled by species, cut type, to help you track what’s stored in your freezer. We also offer portion adjustments for family-size packaging.
