Why Scheduling Matters

Processing spaces fill up quickly, especially during deer season and around fall livestock schedules. Booking early ensures we can accommodate your request and have cold storage space available for your order.

Directions to Our Facility

Conveniently Located in Rhea County

Our facility is easy to find and centrally located for customers across Graysville, Dayton, Spring City, and surrounding areas. We’re situated on Graysville Road, just a short drive from U.S. Route 27.

When you arrive, follow posted signs to the animal drop-off area. For retail meat sales or order pickup, parking is available near the front entrance.

If you need directions or run into trouble finding us, don’t hesitate to call — we’re happy to help guide you in.

Drop-Off and Pickup Guidelines

Animal Drop-Off

For livestock, drop-offs are by appointment only. For wild game, we’re open 24/7 during the season. Please make sure your animal is clean and properly handled before arrival. Deer must be field dressed, cooled, and tagged according to Tennessee regulations.

When you arrive:

  • Pull into the designated drop-off zone.

  • A staff member will meet you to verify your name and order.

Once processing begins, your order is tracked and labeled throughout to ensure accuracy.

Order Pickup

When your order is ready, we’ll notify you by phone. Please bring coolers or insulated boxes for transport. All packaged meat is labeled by cut for easy freezer organization.

We ask customers to pick up their orders promptly to maintain freshness and free up cold storage space for other customers.

Retail Meat Orders

If you’re interested in purchasing locally raised beef or pork, our retail shop is open for walk-in sales and bulk orders.

  • How to Order

    • Call ahead to check product availability.
    • Ask about quarter, half, or whole animal purchases.
    • Confirm packaging preferences and pickup times.

Our retail selection varies based on processing schedules, but we always offer fresh, locally raised options cut and packaged on-site.

Business Hours

We process animals throughout the week, with drop-off and pickup times scheduled individually.

Typical operating hours are:

  • Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm
  • Saturday: Seasonal hours
  • Sunday: Closed

Because we handle both retail sales and processing, it’s best to call before visiting to confirm availability.

What to Include When You Contact Us

To make your call or email as efficient as possible, please provide:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Type of animal you want processed
  • Desired cuts and packaging preferences (if known)

This helps us prepare and give you accurate information about scheduling, pricing, and completion times.
